Acompetition Law Judges Conference held at the Court of Justice of the European Union. The themes addressed are: - the fundamental guarantees in the various proceedings specific to competition regulation - powers of the regulators, claims for damages - ; - the setting out of the rights enshrined in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and of the rich jurisprudence it has generated, along with the rights laid down in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union stemming from the Lisbon Treaty.
